Designed by the Bendtsen family Started in the Farmers Market in West Vancouver Nancy Bendtsen wanted our Mocha Java medium roast which we tested for 5 years now and it had amazing reviews �� This is a spicy, intensely chocolaty blend with hints of sweet chocolate, blueberries and wild honey in a big, bold body for a medium roast. Due to the heavy percentage of naturally processed coffee in this blend, it packs a level of sweetness and fruitiness not present in many other blends. Our coffee shop sells Mocha Java, very few contain the real thing: Ethiopia Mocha. This rare bean has been grown and dry-processed the same way for hundreds of years – and it makes up a full 40 percent of our Mocha Java. To perfectly balance and elicit the legendary Mocha qualities, we blend it with Java, Mexico, PNG and Ethiopia Harrar. Thank you Nancy
